The purpose of this Part Qualification is to enable Learners to be able to develop a project quality, risk and integrated Project Management. They will be able to determine the work required to accomplish the objectives and organise the scope of a simple to moderately complex project. Learners will be able to coordinate the closure of a simple to moderately complex project.
